Terms of use

Last updated 28 August 2026

The short version: the greetings are free to create and share as much as you like. Please do not repackage the artwork as your own or resell it, and understand that a free site comes with no guarantees.

Using the site

You may use this site to create festival greetings and share them with anyone, for personal or family use, as often as you want, without paying and without an account. No permission is needed for that โ€” it is what the site is for.

The artwork

The illustrations, verses, layouts and code on this site belong to its operator. You are welcome to share the pages and the greetings you make. You may not:

Festival names, and the traditions themselves, belong to nobody. Nothing here claims otherwise.

Acceptable use

The name box exists to hold a name. Do not use it for abuse, impersonation, harassment or anything unlawful. Because names are not stored, a link you create is yours alone โ€” you are responsible for what you put in it and who you send it to.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It is free, it is run by a small operation, and it may be unavailable, may change, or may drop a feature without notice. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available at any given moment โ€” including, realistically, on the morning of a big festival when traffic peaks.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Links out

A few pages link to outside sources such as government calendars and reference sites. Those are not under our control and we are not responsible for what they contain.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
