This is a small site with a short contact list. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — messages come to one inbox.
What to write about
- Something is broken. Tell us the festival and what your phone or browser is, and we can usually reproduce it.
- A festival is missing. We would rather add the ones people actually want than guess.
- We got a detail wrong. These are other people's celebrations. If an image, a date or a greeting is off, we would genuinely like to know and will fix it.
- Removal or copyright. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write with the details and we will act on it.
What not to write about
We do not sell links, publish sponsored posts, or add outbound links for payment. Those emails are deleted unread.
Response time
Usually a few days. It is one inbox, not a support desk, and around the big festivals it gets busier.
